Si tu objetivo es ir de vacaciones a esta playa, está muy buen ubicado.

apartamento está bastante deteriorado, el suelo levantado,el baño con cosas sin sellar o mal selladas, las puertas dilatadas de humedad…. Las sabanas super viejas y si te despistas sin cambiar del anterior huésped. No hay jabón de ducha ni champoo. A mi me daba asco.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très propre, bien équipé et parfaitement conforme aux photos. L’emplacement est idéal et le quartier est calme. L’hôte est très professionnel, réactif et attentionné — la communication était fluide du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain passage à Casablanca.

The apartment is really close to the beach, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The area feels safe. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking.

The apartment is quite worn out: the sofa is broken, the shower and wardrobe doors don’t open properly, there are cracks and stains on the walls. Power sockets are very tight, it’s difficult to plug things in. The bathroom fan makes noise. One of the kitchen chairs is falling apart. Communication with the host was complicated. Although I saw reviews saying it was easy, in my case my requests submitted in advance were completely ignored, which caused major check-in issues. It seems that the apartment might have been nice in the past, but now it definitely needs maintenance.

The place was close to the beach, but unfortunately the beach itself was dirty, so we didn’t spend time there. The host was helpful and responsive. The apartment is fine for a short stay. Parking is a bit complicated at first, but once you figure it out, it’s manageable.

There was a smell of gas all the time, which was very uncomfortable. We even closed the gas, but the smell remained strong throughout our stay. This definitely needs to be fixed for safety and comfort.
