Darlington Town Centre Apartments free parking and Wi-Fi

The property was not clean and there was a terrible smell from the bathroom which made all the apartment smell. The property was not hygienic and had to eat out all the time.

Wifi was ok and it was quiet

There was no toilet roll on arrival. We had to go out and buy some. The light in the second bedroom didn’t work. No bulb in the lamp in main bedroom. The apartment also smelt of smoke. The instructions were not very clear of where to park the car and the door number was wrong on one of the instructions.

It was a great location close to mainly everything ideal for the work I was doing definitely being staying again

Excellent location close to town centre, parking across the road was handy.

'I am writing to advise that I left the apartment at 9am and will not be staying for the second night, so it is now empty. The apartment is uninhabitable due to the horrendous drainage/sewerage smell throughout. I stayed last night after a 4 hr drive so was too tired to complain. However this morning I had to leave asap because of the smell, I could not even open the window in the kitchen as the key provided would not unlock it. You have failed to provide a comfortable safe environment for me to stay in so I have to ask you for a full refund as the apartment was not fit for purpose.' I sent this letter twice now to email address provided but still have received no reply,

Clean, plenty of spare and close to centre of town

Some road noise first thing in the morning (but you are in town); but wasn’t a major issue!

Very clean and modern inside with a homely interior, staff are also very lovely and professional and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay especially for the cheap price being so close to town

Finding the front door initially but other than that nothing at all

Warm, spacious, great location, comfortable.

Minor plumbing issue with the toilet.
