Good comunication with the owner, very well equiped and comfortable, small but really good breakfast and best raki,which we tasted in Crete. Few meters from the beach. Washing mashine with powder and clean bathroom. Key pick up in the shop, no problem.

Everything was good

The place is very nice, situated just at the start of the promenade. You can walk near the beach and get into the Center in 15 minutes. First taverna is like 5 minutes away. Everything as described and the owner is a nice person.

You cannot Park in front, although there is a big parking lot. Its "private" so you have to park on the street, near the beach. Would have expected the place to be less noisy, given the position but there is always some truck starting near the windows, some motorcycle passing loudly on the main street, there is a dog in the apartment upstairs always barking. Also, the door has windows which are not covered so the light wakes you up at 7 in the morning.

The stay was great - everything you need from coffee to washing machine. Super central location, everything within walking distance. Very friendly host, always available, everything really well maintained and clean!

Υπέροχο, πεντακάθαρο με ωραία θέα, και χωρίς τη φασαρία του κέντρου. Όμορφα διακοσμημένο με έναν εξαιρετικό οικοδεσπότη που έχει προσέξει κάθε λεπτομέρεια!

Location had nice views, small breakfast offered. Nice terrace, washing machine, position (15' walk to city, walking next to the beach, 10' walk to big LIDL). Something I REALLY liked and appreciated A LOT: very complete first aid kit with many new things (not even opened!). That can look like a small detail but it really makes de difference in case something happens. In our case, my bfriend got a small cut in his hand with a rock while swimming in the sea and with the first aid kit we were able to disinfect the wound and put some bandaging. Thanks :)

Bed not super comfy in my opinion (my bfriend liked it, I woke up with a bit back pain). As reviewed before, the light of the bathroom could be a bit better, that's a small change that will make a big difference. Not many utensils at the kitchenette.

Wspaniały pobyt. Żałuję, że zostałem tam tylko na dwie noce. Super miejsce, wspaniały właściciel. Jeżeli miałbym wybierać ponownie, to bez wachania polecam.

Oświetlenie w łazience

Great studio, comfortable bed, great welcome and seaview. The apartment was very clean, it has everything you might need on a stop in Ierapetra and George was very prompt at answering our messages, giving us recommendations and making us feel welcome.

Too many cars passing by or parking around the flat.Not a very good beach for swimming or walking or sunbathing. Nice stop for a night or two, but too expensive compared to other places in south of Crete with better access to a sandy beach and clear turquoise waters.
