Instructions were clear on how to get to the the Unit, access the keys etc.

The unit is great in terms of size, appliances, furniture and location, and we had no issues with the check in and check out process. We however want to highlight the issues we did have with the unit, mainly to do with the cleanliness and hygiene of the unit which was very disappointing: The unit did not appear to be cleaned regularly or properly. The lounge area and kitchen appeared neat on the surface, but the oven was very dusty. The floors were very sticky. The bathroom constantly had a urine smell (akin to that of a public restroom/urinal) and the shower and the roof are especially mouldy. We also found cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom is unhygienic. The bedroom had thick layers of dust everywhere (under the bed, behind the bed, the lamp covers and even the luggage shelf); The bedding had not been changed (it did not smell fresh and it did not look clean); The kitchen bin did not have a lid. We only ate fruit in the unit, but after a day in the unit, that bin started smelling and that odour (coupled with the bathroom's constant urinal smell) - was extremely unpleasant.
