Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee - Strictly no stag or hen parties - Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage) - A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. "Nice place, nice location but definitely not quiet."

The apartment is quiet until weekend comes, then the party starts (not a small party, but party where walls are shaking) and the quiet apartment becomes horrible place to stay, I am not even speaking of sleeping - that is not possible during the night anyway. And we were left alone with this problem, only thing host suggested was to call the police, but I am sure it is not my thing to take care of. So if you really like to stay in quiet apartment, this one is not the option for sure. The weekend ruined the otherwise nice stay

Location was excellent quiet street but close to bars and restaurants

Bed was too soft for our taste and a bit of noise from neighbours walking about as not a lot sound proofing

"A perfect apartment, very beautiful every detail."

This was one of the few accommodations identical to what I saw in the photos. So beautiful that I thought the photos were edited. But the apartment is very beautiful and the details are very cute. One of the cleanest and most organized apartments I've ever stayed at.

The only problem is the cathedral bells but as I didn't stay in the apartment that long, it only bothered me on Sunday when I wanted to wake up a little later. But we know that this is not the apartment's problem. It will only be a problem if small children are staying.

"wonderful amazing Apartment"

Incredible decor. Everything is new, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. several pans with lids. all wonderful note 10 . every time i come back to nottingham i will always rent this apartment

"Good to stay if one can compromise to stay without AC. Otherwise spacious apartment good to stay."

Plenty of storage area. Sitting area and sofa were good.

There no AC in the room. There was only one small table fan provided in the room. One room do not have any fan at all. Room was hot even in the night.
