Appartamento situato al primo piano in una suggestiva villa antica; pulitissimo, interamente rinnovato con comfort non usuali (considerate che c'è a disposizione in cucina un macchina del caffè in grani -carica- semi automatica del valore di 1000 euro). vicinissimo ad Europa Park. veramente bello.

per una casa così grande che può ospitare più famiglie - come nel ns caso- non ha senso un solo bagno e per lo più piccolo (l'unico motivo per non dare il punteggio massimo)

Le logement est globalement agréable et conforme à la description. En revanche, c’est vraiment dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de rideaux occultants dans la chambre. Les propriétaires ont fait un effort en ajoutant des persiennes, mais malheureusement, cela ne suffit pas à bloquer la lumière du jour, ce qui rend les grasses matinées difficiles. Un petit détail à améliorer pour un séjour encore plus confortable.

Very nice apartment in old-school building. Surrounding village is maybe not the busiest, but you really go there for Europa Park.

This was a spacious place for our family of five that was an ideal place for our family to hang out after a day of sightseeing.

Fantastic communications from the owners with a well presented email of all the info needed to check in/out etc, albeit a 9.00/9.30 checkout seemed particularly early and made it a little restrictive on the last day. Location was great for trips to Europa Park (15 mini drive) with parking at the apartment very accessible. A lovely Italian about a 5 mins walk away and all the local town facilities you'd expect. Rooms are huge and loads of space for our small group, with some really decent facilities in the kitchen, particularly the coffee machine! The separate kitchen and living spaces would provide lots of space for a big group, albeit they may find that a single bathroom/toilet could be a bit restrictive - not a problem for us!

The church bell... Appreciate that the owners can do nothing about this but it sounds every 15 mins and goes on for a solid 3 minutes at 6am! The sound is much quieter with the windows closed, but we had some very warm weather (30⁰) and with no air con or fans, it was very warm through the night without opening the window. Some fans would help, so windows could be kept closed, as would complimentary ear plugs. Likewise all the bedroom windows are only fitted with thin veils so no light is kept out. This was not so much a problem at the end of August as we were up early anyway, but in mid summer I guess this could be annoying. Maybe some eye masks could be provided or, even better, some curtains - at least for the bedrooms. As a further suggestion, a couple of outdoor chairs and light for the terrace would really improve the utility of that outdoor space. This was a lovely apartment but for us the heat/noise/light unfortunately had a significant impact on our sleep, moreso than any place I've stayed before. Hopefully with some fairly modest additions (fans, curtains, eye masks, ear plugs) I would 100% recommend.

We had an amazing stay here. We went for the weekend for my nephews 15th birthday. We stayed 3 days and went one day to Europa Park. The appartement was really closeby with the car. The facilities such as the pooltable, games & popcorn machine are great additions. We all played hours of pool in the evening. Also the kitchen was provided with all the basic essentials. There is a supermarket closeby (15minutes walking distance) so we could do some grocerie shopping aswell. The hosts responded very fast and helpfull when I had questions during our stay.

Clean and nice property. Great and quick communications with hosts. Arrived two days late and they did not charge me for those days.

The pool table is nice to look at but unfortunately not to play with. The pool queues are missing the front parts and the sides of the pool table itself are broken. I had to do a scan for the channels to watch tv when I got there which lead to me missing the first quarter of the superbowl.
