Europa Park Apartment mit Billard- Kippenheim by living TIMELESS

Very spacious 3-bedroom apartment that has everything furnished and well-stocked essentials (such as cooking oil, salt, coffee, tea bags, etc) for in-house cooking. We didn’t spend much time in the games room as we were out at Europa-Park all day, but the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool table at dinner time whilst the parents are cooking.

1. As it was winter, in-room heating was not really effective, as the heaters radiate heat but wasn’t warm enough even after turning up maximum heat. 2. As the building is also a historical/conservation house, the floors can be creaky when walking about, so when you have kids who can’t control their footsteps, we parents get worried about any noise/disturbance it may have caused our neighbours downstairs. 3. There was no laundry machine.

Fantastic coffie machine. popcorn machine was fun for the kids. and the pool table. apartment is simple and clean. perfect for renting out,.

The apartment has sound sensors that was explaind in the check in in the apartment. i probably would not rent if i had known that in advanced. i simply dont like that.

Just the little extras were so nice! All the condiments that are available, the Polaroid camera and them staying in touch to see if we had all we need. It was very nice! Supermarket with bakery is in walking distance so we had fresh bread every morning.

The curtains weren't blinding so the rooms were very light. This time of the year that is a bit of an issue with children that sleep early. But this was one of there next projects. And ideally the bathroom and toilet would be separated.

Super apartment- it looks like a 5 star hotel, just much bigger than a room in a hotel;) and much more cozy. Hosts have put there ieven professional coffee machine with great coffee, popcorn machine and all supplies for it - and there is pool in the living room! Quite, very clean, comfortable- many thanks!!!!!
