"Great place to visit in cooler climate avoid in summer"

The space was nice, large kitchen, clean, nice decor. Large bathroom with great water pressure. Comfortable bed and smart TV was nice to connect my Netflix

Gate to property do not close so parking is private but not secure, roaming street dogs, AC filter overdue for maintenance and air was dusty and caused me to have asthma issues. AC was really loud which made it difficult to sleep and the cool air did not reach the living area and kitchen.

Nice clean spacious room, it was actually like a small 1br apartment. If anyone is in San Felipe for an extended stay. Definitely book here.

We liked the kitchen and the living room. The shower was roomy,. Everything was spotless. Our pets were welcome!

No bedside or living room lights for reading. Shampoo not provided.
