Parking onsite, all the amenities

The room was lovely and would have been great had we been able to stay. The owner was pleasant but in a difficult position. He had no choice but to ask us to leave.

Apparently, bookings.com changed the date of my reservation and I did not notice. I arrived on the day of my booking, settled into the room then at 9pm another people arrived to take over the room because the booked on the same day. We had to leave. The owner said our booking was for the night before but, we did not show. Therefore, I paid for a room I was unable to use because booking gs changed the date. We made the reservation on March 17. We're travelling North back to Canada. We were to arrive in San Filipe on the 21st to 22nd. My bad that I did not check the reservation dates. I trusted it was correct.

It has a kitchen with a nice refrigerator and microwave. Didn’t use the stove so can not comment on it The parking is off the street.

The bathroom only had two bath towels No hand towel or wash cloth. The kitchen had no dish towel to dry dishes. There were several motorcycle riders who were very noising in the evening.

So noisy, insanely loud music coming from the neighbors property, barking dogs throughout the night, car noise. We checked out a day early because we were so sleep deprived. The fluorescent lights made the place very unwelcoming. No night stand lights. Gaps under the doors which allowed roaches to enter the room. Too far from the beach to walk if you’re carrying anything. Probably not a good idea in the evening either.
