"Fabulous find"

Chris, the host, was very welcoming and gave us some great local info. The property is beautiful, spotless, well laid out and well equipped as a home away from home.

There wasn't anything we didnt like.

"Fantastic 3 days away."

Fully equipped kitchen to a very high specification, Massive TV with freesat and Netflix. Very comfortable bed with extra soft pillows available in the wardrobe. Had a washer, Fan ironing board and iron. Everything spotlessly clean. Balcony to sit outside which was very scenic and hearing the birds and the stream was relaxing. There was even soaps in kitchen and bathroom, Coffee and flavored teas also available in cupboards. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay and I would highly recommend this lovely place to anyone and we will be back soon. Chris was a fantastic host, nothing was to much trouble even helped me with an issue with my car which we were very great fully for. Everything in this lovely Annex was high specification quality from Appliances, Kitchen worktop and utensils, Bamboi Toilet roll, Soaps we couldnt have asked for more. Thank you Chris and Paula you have a lovely place what a 💎 Gem

Quiet location cosy and spacious appartment with underfloor heating spotless clean throughout speedy internet excellent equipped kitchen were met by owner Chris and he even provided us with raingear for our canoetrip next day loved using the woodburner after a rainy day the smoker enjoyed the balcony

Nothing i can think of be aware google sends you on a very step trip over the hills if you come from LLangollen choose the way via Chirk to avoid too much exitment...
