Great price, lovely comfy flat.2 mins from the sea

Clean, comfortable accommodation in a great location at an excellent price for a last minute break.

Great location very close to the sea and the Broad Street public car park. In fact I found a short cut to the car park from the Mill tour access (with dinosaur foot print marks) which made it more convenient. The host was very responsive.

Great location but lack of attention to small things made our 5 stars into 4. I am sure the host will work on the feedback. The shower had a leakage and hence low pressure. The extra toilet paper wasn't there (as is there at most places) - easy to fix. The keybox is rusted due to salty air and was hard to open - again easy to fix. The host tried a cover by almost refusing us access due to 3 grown up adults staying at the property where she claimed that the property is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids (due to a bunk bed). This came too late but we didn't find that a problem - except if you have well built extra adults. Coming right before our check-in, this marred our experience but the location and amenities at the property made up for it.

The location was perfect and so was the accommodation. The bed was comfortable, the facilities more than adequate. The vehicle access is tight, as was explained in the listing, but I managed to get my car through the tunnel both ways. You need to retract your door mirrors . I have a 2022 Honda Jazz. I did park at the NCP car park initially to check out the access before attempting but this would have been a good place to park if needed. A few yards up the hill and cheaper if you use the App to pay, can park there 24 hrs. Would definitely stay here again, thank you.

Location is brilliant

The TV never received a signal and internet did not connect. This wasn't a problem for us as weather was so good. With bad weather the 2 children would have been a struggle! Cold water tap in bathroom very difficult to turn off.

Great location a few minutes walk to the beach, the flat was spacious and had space for outdoor seating.

Located closer to the beach

Bathroom shower had less water flow but wasn't problem for us.

Location great , access was really tight even in a small car

Brilliant location and cute apartment. Great for exploring Lyme Regis.

The parking access was too narrow for our family car which was a shame. Easy enough to pull up outside to unload and cheap enough to park in the main car park in Lyme Regis.
