Great price, lovely comfy flat.2 mins from the sea

Very comfortable place.Everything you needed was in the accommodation & its excellent location to the beach was amazing. Would definitely return again.

It's a shame there was not a mention in the advert that not many cars can fit through the roadway arch to the accommodation carpark by the property. Even small cars need to be escorted through from the roadway arch. Your car mirrors need to be pushed in all the time so you can not see the sides of the walls you are driving through. The only saving grace was the Pitthouse carpark. A few hundred yards up the hill, this was just under £13 per 24 hrs parking. Which we used each day, topping up the time on their easy to set-up NCP app. Notes about the alley way width prior to booking would have helped with the type of vehicle we could have taken.

Fantastic location

Free parking was available but only to small cars. Ours could not fit down the access route (it is a hatchback back 5 door) and we were only told it was narrow 2 days before when we received our welcome instructions. Not mentioned on booking.com

Great property with everything we needed and such a great location in the town and close to the sea.

It does warn you about the parking. The alley to drive through is very, very narrow. If you are not extremely confident, you won’t attempt to drive through. The alley is between salt rock shop and lilac. We drove up and down too much looking for it.

The property was well located but do not expect to park your car there. There was not a lot more to like apart from the location. And there was a good reason for it being the cheapest around. I would NOT recommend this place. We left with 30 minutes of arrival because of the smell. NO refund was offered… in fact the owner was very rude and simply said take it or leave it. Once she had her money she washed her hands of us.

The smell was overwhelming when we arrived. It smelled like the place had been fumigated and then sprayed with air freshener. It was so bad it was irritating our throats, hence we got out quickly. On the surface things looked ok, but on looking more closely you could see how “used” the bedding and pillows were. The bunk beds were particularly bad. There were raised stains on the bed frames and on pillows too. It was all just awful!! The owner offered no help at all. Don’t trust the few pictures in this listing !!

The location was superb, very near the sea and convenient for everything. Despite being central it was very quiet. It was eceptionally good value

The location was absolutely perfect for us and as a family of 4 (2 children) it was just right. The flat had everything we needed for a short break. Excellent value for money.

A few things needed replaced eg hand soap, toilet roll, light bulb in bedroom.

Brilliant location - right in the middle of Lyme.

Access to the car parking requires a small car and a very confident driver!
