We recently stayed at this property and overall had a good experience in terms of the accommodation itself. The location was excellent, the facilities were well equipped, and everything was clean and well presented on arrival. From a comfort and convenience perspective, we couldn’t fault it.

Unfortunately, the communication from the host/management team was very disappointing. We were asked to provide ID, which we submitted around 4–5 weeks before our stay. At the same time, we asked a simple question regarding the booking. We received no acknowledgement or response. After sending a follow-up email, there was still no reply. The day before our arrival, we then received another request asking for ID again. We responded by forwarding the original email (with proof attached) and re-raised our outstanding question. The only reply we received was a brief “ID received” — with no apology for the confusion and still no answer to our question. The property itself was good, but the lack of communication and responsiveness did take away from the overall experience. With better customer service and clearer communication, this would have been a much smoother process

Unresponsive to messages, bad attitude, not accommodating, very dirty and disgusting, inadequate beds for number of adults staying.
