"We have stayed many times here and always enjoy it. However this time, the very high price paid and the slight messiness"

Location and seclusion

Even though we only needed 1 room, booking.com charged us for both rooms. This made the price very high,compared to if we had just booked directly with the owner , where we could have arranged for just one room to be used. The spa area needs cleaning and some repair. The kitchen utensils were sparse.

"Beautiful, peaceful location with lots of charm and wildlife."

The view and sense of privacy from the cabin were exceptional, the location is so peaceful. The caretaker was very accommodating and friendly, and let us feed the ducks by hand. Very comfy king size beds in both bedrooms were a plus.

Some of the furniture was a little worn, but didn’t detract from the charm.

Location was perfect for a nice stay, view was a little obstructed by trees but still above view. And host was amazing
