I liked that it was within 5 minute walk to beach, it was cheaper then most the other places. It was nice.

This was a great place for the price, but I came to the property with a 1,5,8,12 year old. We were put in a attic apartment which was 2 rooms. But I had a 1 year old and none of the doors locked and there was nothing to stop my 1 year old from tumbling down the steps to the entrance door so I had to buy a baby gate, It was also in the 80s in the apartment with the window ACS on high. The only other bad thing was there was no way to spray off outside after going to the beach, no hose or anything so all the sand gets tracked in and there wasn't enough pressure in shower to get Sand out of your hair. There was also no stove so the food I bought from Walmart on my way in I couldn't cook . Also in living room there was a strip of carpet just placed over a tack strip my 1 year old found and scratched his hand and if you ever stepped on one you know the pain.. Other then these little things I'd stay again in a heart beat

"At least you will want to stay out of the house"

Nothing, the property has working ac, but only barely

The entire place needs a redo, the fridge did not get cold and was missing a leg so it leaned. Both beds were terrible, and the owner/person at the front desk was rude and unhelpful, just pay the extra 20 bucks and stay at a decent hotel
