Only a 2 minute walk from the beach. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. A lot of stuff is in walking distance.

Well we tried to save our pizza lol! But When my brother got up in the morning to eat some he had 2 slices and he was about to bite it and the whole back side of it. Was covered in ants lol! Where do you live? Put. Your food in the refrigerator don't leave nothing out!!

It was nice and spacious, clean.

No towels I have to use my own.

The unit was extremely disgusting. Stains ALL over the carpets, ANTS in the bed, on the couch and in the shower. Human hair on the "clean" sheets, rusty refrigerator, shower handles were loose and falling off, shower would only come from shower head, could not switch it to bath tub option. Smelled very musty in there and clearly had not been cleaned or updated in MANY years. Manager was very rude and unaccomadating. Offered a different unit but after having bugs in my bed I was not staying in ANY of his apartments. I ended up staying elsewhere and asked for a refund but he declined multiple times saying it was nonrefundable. I absolutely do NOT recommend any apartments within Southern Comfort or Surf Villa Inn as they are managed by the same company. Seriously do not stay here! Not worth the headache!

The apartment was very noisy. It was impossible to sleep. It was also very cold. I wore my jacket to sleep… The bed itself was still dirty, there were hair everywhere.
