Good location. Beds were reasonably comfortable.

When I got there, there was a pair of (unclean underwear wedged into the window frame in the shower, which the cleaners apparently didn’t find. The refrigerator made a terrible noise and wouldn’t get cold, so they ended up bringing a far smaller one to use as an emergency. There was no remote for the television, so we couldn’t use it at all.

Cook own food

Need to provide bath towels and change bedding sheets.

Not fully furnished! Very outdated! Ants everywhere! Overall just not good!!

It was a place to stay

The microwave almost caught fire and blew up had major problems. My food wouldn’t stay cold in fridge for hours and then in middle of night it started making so much noise we couldn’t even sleep. It continued till check out and I told the guy. He didn’t see no problems with my problems. I told him that microwave is dangerous!! I’m sure both are still in that room. Also was so hot in the bedroom the air couldn’t reach cause the placement of the air conditioner.

The only good thing about this property is the location to the beach

It’s old, outdated, toilet didn’t flush, sheets were dirty, floor falling apart, no towels, air conditioner only in living area doesn’t reach the bedroom, windows in bedroom broken, smells musty, wood rails on porch broken (very unsafe with kids), no microwave, no fans, pots and pans disgusting

I loved the location , it was off 70th,so it was away from the busy side. However, the property was not very clean. The toilet did not flush, when I reached out to the owner- he began to explain some valve to me and we then had to press the valve release to flush the remainder of the time. The floor had several tiles missing. It was not a fully equipped kitchen like it listed in the add. The parking directly infront of the room was an additional fee which was not mentioned. The owner was super friendly and prompt with the phone calls, but the room needs some serious updates. The chairs on porch were falling apart. And so was the porch.

The room did not look anything like the pictures. All of the plugs were outdated , the one plug in the bedroom was broke and loose. The one ac for the entire 1 bedroom apartment was plugged into an adaptor - not safe.

Closeness to the beach, away from boardwalk, close to our favorite restaurant the bonfire, and parking.

Only one light out of three work in the kitchen. The fridge is sinking into the floor. Many wood floor panels are lifted (I stubbed my toes multiple times). Ants inside and out. Shrike we were there it rained also rained inside under the front door. Need updating.
