Hidden Valley Waiheke

Amazing view and so well thought out! The driveway was a little daunting at first but fine once you’ve done it once. So convenient to most places on the island, but felt so private and secluded at the same time.

A fresh sponge or cloth for the dishes rather than a worn out dish brush would have been great. But just a minor complaint as the pod really was spotless otherwise!

Driveway is long and too steep for our hire car.

If I really had to be picky, the bed was a little firm and the driveway was a little steep. But I was very happy overall.

as a wheelchair user, the pathway to the unit was really steep and with no rails, I almost rolled off the bank! apart from that though, wheelchair friendly

Literally hidden in a valley, the views from the newly constructed pod were magnificent. There was a bus stop 10 metres from the accomodation driveway and the regular bus service made travelling around the island very easy and convenient.

As is consistent with other accomodation in the area, the driveway to and from the pod is quite long and extremely steep so must be approached with caution. Traversing up and down it was challenging, even more so when carrying luggage. Access to and from the pod by car is absolutely required for anyone without a good level of fitness and/or with a lower body injury.

Close to the beach, extremely clean and the beds are super comfy!

The driveway is very steep. Closet space is very limited.
