Blissful one bed near the River

Near the house there is a wonderful museum of water and steam. I recommend visiting it. The bus stop is located near the house.

The apartment was very dirty after cleaning. They forgot to wash the oven. There were a lot of chips, candy wrappers and crumbs under the couch cushions. There was a lot of dust and dirt under the sofa. The windows were all dirty and spiders hanging on them. The carpet in the living room was also dirty, it has never been washed, you can even see under the table how clean it is if the table will be removed. The bed linen was never changed during our stay. The furniture on the balcony was dirty. You can also hear your neighbors very well in the apartment. Poor sound insulation.

Helpful flexibility over check in; comfortable, warm and secure.

Kitchen was poorly equipped for anything other than stove top cooking; no oven tray or over dishes. Given the price there was a degree of inappropriate parsimony over start up supplies: no tea, milk etc and not even any soap so one has to go out to the local supermarket before showering and changing after a long trip. Over the course of a stay of almost two weeks the flat was not serviced and I had to ask for basic cleaning materials—they were produced promptly.

Good location, secure

Lack of communication from Property Manager, lack of responses from staff when we made a request, Bread Toaster was not working, took three days to provide a replacement, had to send a reminder.
