Blissful one bed near the River

Clean, airy, safe neighbourhood and fantastic location. Everything you need is within walking distance more or less and you can either take the train which is a 2 minute walk from Kew to Waterloo to access central London or a 10 minute walk to Goodridge Tube station. Ubers are readily available also. Kew Gardens nature reserve is only a 10 minute walk.

Very nice location, rich atmosphere and great apartment. Would highly recommend and plan to be back very soon.

Would have preferred some more toiletries such as extra towels or toilet roll and such but nonetheless the services were great.

Late fees were going to be applied if after 5 pm. Figure kept change requested for cash only ! Only for we had friends in London we were going to be hit with £ 80 fees. Apartment heating too hot at 25 degrees not changeable

The property is only 5 minutes from Kew Bridge Station. The size of the apartment is good.

This review relates to the two bedroom apartment within the same building that we have been 'upgraded' to and where we stayed for 7 days. We think the management was poor and the flat was unclean. On the first day we saw a few cockroaches in the living room; we told the owner the next day morning who told us that they would arrange pest control to come. We kept seeing and killing cockroaches everyday but we were told the pest control could come on day 4 of our stay. Surprisingly the pest control didn't come and the owner did not tell us that it was postponed until I asked about the progress. The owner offered to give us spray which we didn't receive in the end. Only the day before we left then we were told the pest control could not come during our stay because they needed to inspect the whole property (I have previously asked if the pest control not to enter the bedroom where I didn't find any cockroaches and they were fine with that request). There was clearly a cockroach infestation in the living room and we felt uncomfortable using the living room. The owner didn't provide anythig to help with the situation other than just kept postponing the pest control arrangement and there was no clear communication. I would avoid staying there again.

Quite modern. Great facilities and perfect communication, would definitely use again. Booked on the same day and they helped me every step of the way.

It was very spacious and comfortable. The apartment was clean and the staff very supportive. Many good places in walking distance.

Comfort, Safety and location

The size of the flat is very comfortable and spacious. it is luminous, quiet and safe. Good access to train station Kew Bridge and two supermarkets nearby.

There is a lot of small issues showing g poor maintenance - heating panel control had error message and couldn’t get heating, bathtub panel rotten by the water, kitchen skirting fell off and had to replace it, wobbly pink arm chair, wobbly lamp shades. Also the hosts provide really the near minimum - they provided the towels , bed linen and 1 dish towel and dish liquid. They did not provide washing powder, sponge to wash the dishes, no shampoo or body wash. For a short stay it means you have to buy everything and leave it behind. Also there are not a lot of restaurants around.
