"Beautiful property at a fair price!!"

The property was very spacious and clean! Assigned parking just outside the door. Close to the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and many amenities. Highly recommend!

The only bathroom was located in the bedroom. If there is a third or fourth guest(s) they have to enter the bedroom to access the bathroom. Only an issue if you are a light sleeper or require privacy.

"Nice modern apartment close to Main Street."

Great apartment, love the modern furniture. Very clean and comfortable. Nice to have some coffee available. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. Location was also nice, just three blocks from the Main Street stores.

Made for very tall people. The shower head attachment was very high, hard to reach. So were the window shade strings. We could not open the shades to get some natural light. Usually quiet except f When the trash is collected from the dumpster right outside.
