"disappointing. was glad to check out"

location - walk to Queenstown central in 10 mins. do note property is on top of a steep slope so walking back from central takes some effort

poorly maintained. sofa peeling off, balcony still had someone’s ciggarette stump, pile of extra bedding just casually dumped inside the wardrobe not sure if its washed. washing machine had leftover cleaning powder, dryer had cobwebs and wasnt working properly. if u are a big group with more than 1 vehicle, consider another place. parking is a challenge - many free lots but hardly any available

"Superb"

Host and cleaner were excellent to deal with. Super flexible after our flight was cancelled. Cleaner went beyond expectations hoping us clean up a broken wine bottle in our luggage.

Sofa bed not comfortable.

"Overall a great place to stay for a family!"

Location and views were amazing. So conveniently located.

Parking was very tight, especially for larger 4x4 vehicle. Bedrooms also tight! Cupboard space was taken up by spare linen etc so we couldn’t really unpack suitcases.
