Highview Central

Loved the location. Walking distance from town center, although not loving the walk back uphill after a long day. Was a short walk. The view is stunning and definitely worth. We even saw 2 full rainbows one morning in full view. The access and leaving was very smooth and efficient. Plenty of supplies for a group to stay here in terms of kitchen utensils and dining stuff. The fireplace is a really nice touch. Team are responsive if we have questions.

The bedrooms are very cramped and beds not comfortable. Neat and clean, just was bouncy and unsupportive mattress. Be aware that there are stairs to get to this apartment. Not wheelchair accessible. So be prepared for lugging luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Nothing

When I arrived at my accommodation and was eating dinner, an ear-piercing alarm rang for two and a half hours, so I couldn't eat dinner. I had no choice but to wait for the worker to fix it and it was fixed two and a half hours later. My plan to go sightseeing in Queenstown after dinner was ruined, and even though I paid expensive airfares and expensive accommodations for coming from far away, I was unable to travel. Who compensates?

The view and the facilities were great

On arrival, we noticed the carpet outside the bathroom was very wet and had to try and dry it. Not happy with that.

Great location. However, due to road works on multiple surrounding roads it was difficult to get down to the town center. A heads up from the hosts would have been helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the living area is big enough to fit a full house of guests. Plenty of mirrors too!

A couple of towels had what looked like blood stains on them... these were quickly replaced by the hosts/ cleaners. There were not enough towels provided for the amount of people we had staying there. The main bathroom is small and the shower floods. There were also a couple of small blood spots on a sheet that was on one of the single beds.

Central to town. Has everything you need.

No flannels to wash face.
