Complete package - facilities, proximity to everything, cleanliness, and overall experience in this beautiful place was just awesome for everyone in the family.

I can't think of anything that I or my family didn't like. We love everything.

Everything was great.

We would describe the flat as nice with a good gas fireplace.

It was very disappointing that we were not informed before making the booking that the road located at the flat was blocked and other roads resulting with no direct access to the main centre. We rented the flat because it was described as accessed directly down the street the centre . This also resulted in finding parking difficult at times. The third bedroom prevented the use of the wardrobe until we had to remove items of the owners to make room. The wardrobe in the next main bedroom is virtually unusable because items left in the wardrobe by the owner as well. We found the lounges old worn . The entrance stairway was dirty

Nice and central to Queenstown. Could walk into town without making it a day trip. Could walk in and get a coffee then come back home and relax.

Minor ceiling leak, location wasn't convenient with construction ongoing, parking not really available due to space constraints with adjacent apartments
