Nothing, the property was false advertised. What was advertised, to what we got was very disappointing

Very comfortable, nice and warm with good heating options. Cute fireplace image on the tv was a nice welcoming touch. Great views! Good contact from owners

Main photos showed a spa pool but this must be for another unit. An NZ post van parked behind the carpark which made it difficult to get out of carport but I didn’t give this feedback to anyone - might’ve been moved if I did

It was clean and cozy. Location was extremely beautiful and calm. We really enjoyed the coffee from the machine. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends.

I would like to recommend few things related to hygiene and infection control. Would be good to replace worn off pan with new ones for health safety purposes. Please advise cleaners to throw the used steel scrub and replace with new ones. I had to use the old one. I would strongly recommend putting toilet spray and disinfectant wipe in the property. It’s definitely need one bright light in upstairs.

We were traveling for a month so having the whole place to ourselves was really nice, especially on the rainy day. Thanks for not having fragrances in the apartment.

Mattress was a bit too hard for our taste but everything else was great.

The room has a lovely lake view and is very warm and comfortable.

If you intend to cook for yourself, this may not be the best option, as the stove is quite slow.
