"Bonito lugar pero no muy cómodo"

Muy buena ubicación está en un recidencial muy seguro y con acceso a playa!

No tuvimos agua caliente en nuestra estadía y los pisos de todos los condominios son muy resbalones con el agua nos tocó días de lluvia entonces si estuvimos apunto de caer varias veces, y el área recreativa está en la azotea así que prepárense para subir muchos escalones!!

The initial host receiving us, Alvaro was GREAT, he was very helpful, explained the contract and all amenities perfectly and took the time to answer any questions and concerns we had. He made us feel very welcomed.

2 rooms down from us they had loud music and yelling. This was reported to the front desk and to the guards. Guards mentioned they had received multiple complaints already. Per the intractable we had to sign this was not allowed and were subject.to eviction but nothing was done until after 6AM, we were unable to rest.

"atención en facturación pésima, una semana y aun no me la han mandado, sigo en espera"

aun estoy batallando con la factura, mande la información por correo hace mas de una semana sali de el check out desde el dia sabado, ahora es viernes casi una semana, y no me pueden resolver el tema de la factura eso me esta afectando ya que necesito comprobar los gastos
