The front office attendant, Alvaro, was very kind and welcoming. The apartment itself was simple yet it felt luxurious. It came fully loaded with dishes, pots, pans, and even things to wash the dishes.

I should have been more specific about which floor I wanted my apartment but there were so many stairs. We were traveling with our elderly grandmother and the stairs were a slight challenge for her. Also, the jacuzzis needed repair since they wouldn’t heat.

1. The location, the view, the pool facilities and its view of the ocean. Also, close access to the beach, the terrace and the ocean view. It also has tables and cooking area. All was clean and modern in the loft.

Very late band music and very loud conversations, unable to sleep

The atmosphere was family-friendly and controlled by a security guard.

The pool was deplorable, showing signs of not having been cleaned for a long time, with green water and patches of dirt along the pool edge.

We like the location, it fell cozy. We didn’t use the pool or the jacuzzis, we were short on time.

There was a cockroach in our room. And you can hear everything that goes on on the hall.
