Air conditioning not working

The location is excellent of Landmark. Most apartment S have sea views. This one does not and looks into the pool.

The agent First Holidays was consistently unhelpful, unresponsive and slow. After asking for early check-in and following up on the day to see if it was possible, the agent refused to advise of check-in time or provide any information. She said we should just wait. We did and it was at 4:20 pm. At this time we were advised the cleaners had not come and the kitchen bench was broken. On arrival the apartment not clean and the couch was filthy and old. We waited for 3 1/2 of our four 1/2 day holiday to have wifi. The agent insisted we must be doing something wrong and when eventually bothered to check, admitted the password and username were incorrect and they had no Wi-Fi plan set up. On the final night when Queensland experienced a heat wave, the air-conditioner failed. When a remedy was sought, the agent offered a “late” check out at 1130 but no compensation for basic lack of amenity of kitchen, couch, wifi and aircon. We have stayed at LandMark a number of times and have always enjoyed it. So this was extremely disappointing service and amenity. I would recommend you book through the on-site management not through this agent or direct with this apartment.

Location was good always some where to park in the complex and the pool area was excellent ,easy walk to shops and restaurants, and the protroled beach was across the street.

The sliding door was really hard to open and the television could only be heard not seen. No picture coming through at all

Conveniences

Tired and not cleaned properly. Couch was disgusting.

laundry bi-fold door wouldn't close, one of the kitchen cupboards wouldn't close and there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi didn't work and I didn't receive any responses to repeated messages about this during my stay. The outdoor furniture was moldy and unusable.

The location was amazing

Could hear other rooms. Moving chairs, fishing toilets. The wifi did not work
