Beach apartment with all the facilities you need - Landmark Resort

Loved the location. And booking this room was easy.

Property was dated and was not relative to other apartments in this building as we had previously stayed in another room with up to date appliances and furniture. Sent a message for more toilet paper and a tax remittance and still did not receive either of these things. QR code in room did not work. Stayed 4 nights 5 days and didn’t have any towels refreshed or soaps etc. no dishwasher in property and the fry pan was very old with past burn marks.

Wifi wasn’t working. The wifi information wasn’t correct in the information provided by booking.com but only there one night so wasn’t a drama just a bit inconvenient.

The view from the room,spa and location

Keep in mind you have to pick up the keys a 20 minute walk from the rental. Also the cleaning fee is charged on top of the nightly rate. It had listed in print that I didn’t see on my phone

Apartment within Landmark complex was very convenient to shops/restaurants/ beach. Busy pool downstairs and rooftop spa pool.

Airconditioning didn't work in heat wave conditions of 35 degrees plus temperatures and night time 28 degrees plus. No fans. This is fundamental to a comfortable and safe stay day and night. Apartment tired and needed maintenance. First Holidays complete lack of follow up / customer service (texts/ emails/ phone calls) in addressing/fixing the faulty air- conditioning was most disappointing. As well picking up/ dropping keys off at First Holidays location needed a car - ie 5/10 minute drive from apartment not convenient. So disappointed with First Holidays as the managing agent.
