Sehr schöne Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick! Großes Grundstück, große Räume, gepflegter Garten. Freundlicher Empfang.

Host helpful in arriving from station in Poggibonsi and air conditioning was excellent. Pool and grounds and views were very good.

No wifi for half our visit. No basics like salt pepper, Olive oil, no Knives or bowls in kitchen. (we had to buy our own which we left there). The TV is a bit dated and small.

נציגה חיכתה לנו עם המפתחות מקום מהמם ומתופח. קל להגיע ממנו לכל מיני יערות שביקרנו בטוסקנה. נופים מהממים. דירה ענקית עם שני חדרי שינה.

איכות המים גרוע. מי שתייה היו לא נקיים ומלאים חול. ברז במקלחת לא עבד וחיכינו יומיים לתיקון. שומעים רעש מיחידה סמוכה וגם מלמעלה. חבל שהדברים האלה שקל לסדר משבשים את השהייה. חבל כי הוילה נראת טוב גם בפנים וגם שטח בחוץ מסודר ונקי

L’environnement extérieur de l’appartement. Juste fabuleux! Le calme et la nature.

L’accueil par notre hôte en maximum 2 minutes en répondant à son téléphone sans nous donner toutes les informations (aucune info sur les visites à faire, les restaurants ou autre bonnes adresses). Le froid dans l’appartement a notre arrivée. La piscine et le jaccusi étaient censés être en fonction mais n’avaient pas été nettoyées depuis plusieurs jours/semaines.

Loved the location out of town yet it was central to everything we had planned during our stay.

The property is a bit tired and unfortunately our room was not sound proof.

The apartment was really nice overall — we liked it a lot. The kitchen and the bedroom were great, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well prepared, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

There were no basic supplies like toilet paper, hand soap, or dishwashing liquid, and the shampoo provided was very small. If you stay longer and use the kitchen for cooking, you definitely need things like dish soap and a sponge, which were missing. Also, the apartment was quite noisy — we could often hear the neighbors. And since we stayed in autumn, the heating didn’t work, so it was cold. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
