Santa Margherita Vacanze

Location, large pool and spacious apartment. Outdoor covered seating area. Very quiet. WiFi good even by the pool.

Lack of chopping board . Coffee maker very small unless expresso drinkers.

Great place to stay! Spacious and clean rooms. Airco really works well. Nice view on the nearby town and facilities such as the swimming pool and BBQ are great to have.

Kitchenware could be extended with some additional tools. Otherwise no issues at all.

Amazing Villa. Great pool. Lovely well-equipped appartement and gorgeous grounds. Not at all crowded by the other couples staying there. Picturesque surroundings. Quiet and tranquil.

We came without a car (because we’re not old enough to drive in Europe) and although it can be done we wouldn’t advise it. The location is fantastic whether you have a car or not , but walking 1 hour to the nearest town is quite difficult in blazing heat. (Taxis not very reliable and the bus only goes so far) Wifi didn’t work throughout our stay, which wasn’t a big deal for us but something to note.

1) Indeed the location was superb!! Very beautiful, quiet and safe. 2) Company colleague serving the location (not the actual host of the house) kindly offered another room, without asking more money, as to be more comfortable. Especially for our 16+ y.o boy having a more spacious bed 3) Water pool was clean, garden was in a very good condition.

Some parts of the room need to be serviced as they were pretty old. 1) Fridge door didn't close properly. Had to push more otherwise was staying open. 2) No a single toilet paper in place when arrived. Not a nice customer experience. When we left the room we left behind 2 toilet papers for the next ones to find !! 3) Water flow in kitchen's water tab was scattered all over, hence when you were cleaning your dish water was everywhere, including yourself. 4) Dining room armchairs where old and dirty.

Very spacious and comfortable house, with a large pool. Beautifully situated, between farms and woods. Very quite and peaceful, I spotted a deer from our terrace.

The owner uses an agency to run the casa vacanza. It's less personal, meeting local people (and practicing my italian) is part of the experience to me. But it's not a agriturismo ofcourse.
