Il gestore Nikolaos fantastico. super gentile e super disponibile. La struttura si trova poco fuori il paese di Nea Skioni in , posizione molto tranquilla ,silenziosa e con il suono delle onde come sottofondo, circondata dal verde del giardino. Dal primo piano vista mare si può godere di tramonti eccezionali. (Con aria limpida di scorge in lontananza Possidi beach). Una piccola spiaggia libera di sassi è a pochi metri dal cancello del giardino della struttura. Appartamento molto pulito con camera spaziosa e terrazzo grande quanto basta. Struttura in posizione centrale rispetto alla penisola, ed è facile arrivarci. le principali spiagge si trovano tra i 20 e 30 minuti di auto. Il paesino di pescatori di Nea Skioni è a un paio di minuti di auto, proseguendo sulla stessa strada della struttura, e dove si può trovare tutto quello che può servire. Aeroporto a circa 1 ora e 15 minuti di distanza con poco traffico.

Beautiful place for a holiday! 🌿 Very beautiful and authentic landscape design creates an atmosphere of cosiness and harmony. The room is comfortable, homely warm and cosy - you feel at home. Special thanks to the friendly and hospitable homeowners, who treat their guests with a soul. The sea is just a couple of steps away - only 50 metres, and every evening you can admire stunning sunsets, which are never repeated. This place is ideal for those who appreciate beauty, cosiness and tranquility. Will definitely come back again! 🌅

Apartamentul a fost spațios ,curat și cu toate facilitățile ok

The apartment building is well-maintained, with pleasant surroundings, and the location is very green – we liked it. What you see in the photos on booking.com is exactly what you get. We had a nice sea view, and it was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Facilities: Large private parking, barbecue, sun loungers, swings for children. Beaches & Access: * Good beaches are about 120 m away, in the opposite direction of New Skioni. (The walk to these beaches is easy, suitable even with children or light luggage.) * About 800 m away in the same direction, there is a café with pools. The café is just 40 m from it's private beach equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. * New Skioni can be reached in 25 mins on foot or 5 mins by car. * You can also find good beaches and taverns in New Skioni itself. Overall: A quiet and green spot by the sea – very suitable for relaxation.

Minor issues: the toilet paper quality could be improved and other minnor issues .
