The day before check in, the host refused to provide an access to the fully paid in advance property and stopped replying. Dear Booking.com team has helped with full refund, as the host was completely ignoring our polite requests to organise the refund.

Luxury, comfortable, clean apartment in a great location fitted out with quality fittings. Wonderful views and just as the photos portrayed. After some initial confusion we learned the laundry room was in a separate room next door which we could access using our front door key. Despite only staying 2 nights we still packed a lot in and enjoyed a drink at Segelhaus down by the lake; aperitifs in Pavarotti Wine Bar, a splendid veal risotto dinner at Lapin Bleu in Hitel Steffani (oldest restaurant in St. Moritz), delicious snack at Pur Suisse Market & Bistro before visiting Schiefer Turm Tower then Cresta & Bib museum which was very interesting. Last night enjoyed a superb meal with excellent service in quaint Patrizierstuben restaurant located in Chesa Veglia farmhouse just outside our apartment. Couldn't have been better! Andrea Mascaro was very helpful with instructions and advice and even kindly offered to waive the tourist tax during our stay as they had not been able to supply any coffee pods. Not a problem as there was a Co-op nearby for our groceries.

That we only stayed 2 nights. Short snd sweet but would definitely recommend.

I got late to check It was raining and I was asked to pay charges of CHF 150 and then only the key will be handed over to me to enter apartment. It created a bitter taste otherwise all was very good

Location was great. Communication with host was very good and a slight hitch on check in was quickly addressed. The apartment was quite spacious and easy for six people to spread out.

The beds and pillows were VERY firm, I could not use the pillow at all. This is a personal preference thing but no one in our group of six slept well unfortunately.

The location was right in the center. There was a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms were big enough and clean. There were two bathrooms

- amazing helpful apartment management - they shared with us full details and video to be able to reach the apartment but in Italian it will be better to be in English , but we followed the sights in the video. It’s simply between St. Moritz casinos 🎰 door and Bally boutique door . By google map you put : Moncler boutique - after you reach to the apartment you will need to take key 🔑 to open the rood for the car & be able to park next to the apartment to drop the luggages we were big family, & the owner assisted us. - the location in the heart of downtown of St moritz brands boutiques. You don’t need a car . We had a car we managed to park it in front of the apartment for few hours during the day . And in public parking 🅿️ in the evening. -the apartment is very spacious adequate with all facilities, laundry room next to the apartment. - the view of the balcony is Hermes boutique 😄 - we were told that we should throw the garbage in certain protocols, the owner offered to trash it for us , it was great assistance as well. There was not only blue dryer but also straightener

- no AC as mentioned in booking -no hot tupe - there was 🏗️ construction 🚧 🦺 next to the building unfortunately not the owner fault , but waking us up 6:30 am every day I think there is hotel expansion in the downtown.

Nice location amazing view fully equipped kitchen. Very Helpful host . Coop is also very close so groceries were also not an issue.

Little hassle with bags as the car cannot stop near the apartment but can be managed as parking is close by
