Eu nem fiquei na acomodação

Cheguei no horário exato do check-in e o apartamento não estava limpo, fui entrar quase 3h00 depois. Assim que entrei, não encontramos o controle do ar-condicionado, e eu não poder pagar por um apartamento no qual não estava me oferecendo o que eu solicitei. No quarto tem um buraco no lado do ar-condicionado que acaba deixando o quarto claro e acaba vazando e demorando pro quarto gelar, provavelmente.
