* PANORAMIC PENTHOUSE WITH SEA & CITY VIEWS

The first sign of a good business is communication and Monse is a great communicator. Always helpful, always on hand. The apartment is beautiful and it is easy to see that they put a lot of thought into decorating it to a high level especially in the open plan living area. We loved the view and the open feeling of the panoramic windows. The weather could have been better but nobody has control over that, although we did have one lovely day walking along the promenade on the beach which for mid winter in England is a bonus. We highly recommend this property.

We loved everything! The penthouse is really spacious and comfortable. The beds are super comfy, everything is clean.

The location is perfect, a few minute walk from the beach, the town and the park. The interior decor was stunning, very modern, simple but cosy and luxurious. Lastly the owners were an absolute delight! so quick to respond and super helpful.

It's got a well equipped kitchen, and lovely views.

The whole building shakes due to traffic, and feels structurally unsafe. There are no curtains or blinds in the living room so there's no privacy. The windows in the main living area don't close properly. There is no central heating, and so you have to wait for panel radiators to heat the flat, which takes ages as the windows don't close!! There is mould around the window ledges in the bedrooms, and again in the shower tray. The advert states free parking, but it's actually paid parking. There's very limited building signage so t's hard to find.
