There is nothing to like about it.

We reach there asked for the location. The host was very rude and very disrespectful and we never actually stayed in the property. We were told to pay damage fee first & I told him I am lost and Iam in the middle of road with kids and pregnant wife and will pay once I know the location. He said why don’t you be on the side of the road, pay first the damage fee which will be refund after check out. and then I will give you the location. I find him very disrespectful and we never even stayed in the property and had to find another place to stay last minute because of the unprofessional attitude he showed towards me. And thank you for being so considerate and making our holiday really horrible.

Perfect apartment in a great location - 5 mins walk to the beach/ town. Our stay was very comfortable and we wouldn’t definitely stay here again

The property itself was in a good central location

The sofas weren’t comfortable and to watch tv weren’t in a good position. We got the room at a discounted rate but would of been extremely unhappy if we had paid full price. There was a coffee machine yet no pods for it and was told to buy them at the shop. But that is why you pay a premium. price to have it I’m lured,

I really liked that the host, Monse communicated extremely well throughout the stay and even after. The size of the property and its location is perfect and centrally located. The kitchen had all facilities that a family would need (fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine with coffee capsules, kettle, toaster, washer dryer, oven job, all cooking equipment, as well as spices in cupboards), and the hosts also left us a welcome 🤗 drink and chocolates. Very good touch. The bedding is comfortable and good living area with partial sea views. The bedroom are well furnished and have bathrobes and slippers provided for all four of us. Toiletries and extras were also available. We also had iron and Ironing board. Everything you need was there. Parking was just opposite making it very easy. The walk to pier and beaches is 3-4 minutes and staying here also provides privacy as you are so high up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is as pictured on booking.com

Location amazing, very central and unique penthouse with a lovely view! All the mod cons you need.

The building does shake a little when buses go past! The shower could be a little more powerful too. Little touches like milk and biccies on arrival would have been nice but overall very nice.

Exceptional apartment with breathtaking views. The hosts were great at communicating and went out of their way to ensure our stay was great. Will most definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Bournemouth. Thanks!
