Shower was cold

The location. The view was amazing. Very convenient. The essentials were in the apartment, making the stay easy.

The views and the beds

No lift, loads of stairs not mentioned either, also the place stunk of cannibas and smoke in the building, building shakes when busses/lorries go past, the floor was all sticky hadn’t been cleaned properly, sofa and rug have burn marks on them, shower is terrible, we asked if we could move a sofa closer to the tv which we picked up and did as was very light, 2 days later after not receiving our £300 pounds desposit was told we apparently damaged the floor by dragging the sofa which was impossible to do as looked like it was done by a very blunt instrument, after disputing this we was told we would be refunded as they would let it pass I even said I wanted to go back and have a look myslef, after asking numerous questions and getting no reply I am now leaving this review, also when booking there’s no mention of a £300 deposit either and if you don’t give it they will not send further details entry/keys/address etc, also the property is not we’re the post code takes you it’s the road behind, all in all very disappointing photos are deceiving aswell on booking.com, host wouldn’t answer questions and put the phone down on me.
