Nice caravan looks well looked after

Couldn't park van right next to caravan

Very clean and comfortable.

Couldn’t park by it and I’m disabled so very difficult to get luggage to the caravan. No blinds at windows so very little privacy. Oven door dangerous to shut when hot. No hot water coming through in the shower.

Only had two bath towels between three of us. Could have done with a couple of hand towels too.

Lovely layout

Great location. Quiet site. Spotlessly clean accommodation.

I liked the coffee machine. I liked the cabinet full of tea and coffee. I think from previous guests. The counters, hard floors and kitchen/bathroom were clean. The sheets/towels were clean.

The couch was stained and didn't look clean. Not just a few spots. It really needs to be cleaned. The carpets need to be cleaned also. When we arrived, the windows were cracked. I know it needs air flow, but there were lots of gnats and spiders. We had to go around getting rid of the bugs. This made it very hard to get comfortable. The caravans need screens on the windows, especially if windows are gonna be left open before guests get there. The two single beds for the kids were new, but the master bed was very worn and stained. There weren't mattress or pillow protectors which is another issue that can lead to bed bugs. I think this place was worth £80 a night, not £165.

The WiFi was great. The provision of toiletries , coffee and tea, plus washing up liquid and a washing up brush was good. The double bed had a comfy mattress. Also there were games stored away for renters to use, which was great. The provision of Netflix was good too.

We accidentally broke a wooden panel over the fold out sofa bed, just by sitting down. We are sorry about this. We think a wooden board over the sofa bed would be better than bars. As there were only 4 wooden bars covering the sofa bed to convert it to a seat. The duvets for the double bed and fold out bed were not big enough for 2 people to share. We ended up using a sleeping bag brought just in case of an issue. A chopping board and a peeler would be a good addition for renters who cook.
