Really lovely little cottage. Has everything you could need-not just the basics. I felt looked after.

Nothing really. If I was to be really picky I’d say the log burner is gas rather than a real flame but that works if you are feeling lazy!

Cozy comfortable cottage ideal for spending Christmas

Noise levels from the upper floor. Very poor noise reduction unfortunately when people were just walking about and talking.

"Nice stay at the Old Post Office apartment in Windermere, easy access to rest of the Lakes & villages and great walk"

Had everything you needed and was cosy, loved the coffee pods & nice touch re toiletries.

Access to the property was quite poor and some distance from the designated car parking area. Pathway very uneven & difficult when loading & unloading luggage.
