Excellent apartment - good quality fixtures etc

It was a pity that I had to buy washing up liquid & something to wash up with . An oven glove & colander would have been useful too. Considering the expensive fittings, this was a cheap omission.

"Not the place I booked"

The apartment was clean and comfortable, but it was not the apartment I booked.

It seems from my experience (and other reviews on here) that the owners regularly overbook the apartment. Upon arrival I was told I had been uograded. The upgrade consisted of: A change from a ground floor apartment to a 3rd floor loft apartment. An upgrade from free parking to no parking available. An upgrade from a separate bedroom to a one room bedsit set up (although it did have a separate bathroom). An upgrade from a private outdoor patio area to no outdoor space at all. The apartment was actually nice despite this but it was not the place I had booked and when you book a place you carefully pick what you want - not to be shunted off to some random "upgrade". In summary I would not go back as you do not know what room you are going to get.

"A little luxury close to the coast."

Location to Aberystwyth centre, you can be on the sea front in a minute. Plenty of space and storage, great kitchen, nice bathroom. great t HD at you get parking as well.

"A very enjoyable stay."

Very happy with the property and the location, we have stayed on three previous occasions, which should indicate how we feel about the property.

I have mentioned this directly to the owners, but I’m concerned at the lack of rubber mat for the shower/bath. I’m hoping that next time we visit, this will have been rectified.

"OK but wouldn't want to risk being moved again, so sadly wouldn't book with this company again"

Sadly we didn't get the flat we booked and were not informed that we had been moved until we booked in. The alternative we were allocated was OK but in a noisy part of town and up steep stairs. Not what we had expected.
