"relaxing once we had the location we booked."

location. good size as we stayed in different apartment as the one we booked was not available. however we were originally given a completely different accommodation and told it was an upgrade but it clearly wasn’t. Honestly should be upmost. I had to insist I wanted to stay at the location we had booked but all worked out ok in the end.

needed more cutlery that matched as it was a high end accommodation. eg. only 4 knives for accommodation that could sleep 6. inventory should be checked regularly.

No tea towel to dry up, all cups were dirty, bed was 2 cheap single beds put together, uncomfortable mattress, no batteries in tv remote in front room. Not worth the money for what it is

I booked for Llys Celyn but on arrival had been upgraded to a much more enormous and luxurious apartment in the same complex. Amazing.
