The building is just stunning and the apartment itself honestly blew us away. A cross between original features with all the modern fixes, it's everything you could need when staying away and it was immaculately clean. Plenty of comfortable space both indoors and out and free parking right outside was immensely appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, we felt very welcomed. Absolutely plan to book to stay again and have told our friends about it too!

That we didn't stay longer!

On first impressions, a great apartment and well thought out and stocked. Even a nice touch of milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and sugar to start visitors off and toiletries and towels in bathrooms. Lovely and warm as the temperature is controlled by a thermostat in the hall. Would have been a great stay but the apartment is in need of maintenance and some TLC. We were only there for one night. Had it been longer it would not have been worth the money when advertised as a luxury apartment.

There were lots of things that needed attention and on reporting, we were told they had not been mentioned before, but reviews show otherwise. One or two things would have been overlooked by us, but it was one thing after another and we were only residents for a few hours as we were out and about. The bath drain was broken, the ensuite shower temperature was fixed and tepid, the ensuite toilet only flushed occasionally, there was no handle on the ensuite sink tap so it was hard to turn on and off, radiator valve in main bedroom fell off, TV in second bedroom didn't work, blinds in main bedroom and sitting room broken, freezer drawer dirty, hot tub had jets pulled out and it did not bubble properly, plus banana skin on the hot tub lid did not leave the impression anyone was keeping an eye on things between let's. With a bit of attention would be a great place to stay, but sadly we won't return as we stay regularly in Aberyswyth and had far better for less.

Would highly recommend! I have spent 3 Christmas’s with my family at this lovely ground floor Apartment. Everything at the apartment has been well thought out. Also great location, close to the beach and amenities in the town. Looking forward to our next stay. We Love it here!
