Location and the availability of the restaurants.

Lamp shade wasn’t working, dryer takes a while to dry clothes and no available cafeteria inside when restaurants outside easily get packed and closed early.

Great ski in ski out location. Good amenities in the room, such as microwave and washer/dryer. Francisco from the ski valet desk is super helpful.

"Beautiful location just some of the amenities were not up to par."

We love the property in the area. It was beautiful.

The toilet after you flushed wood make the sound it was filling for a half hour. Our TV we couldn’t get to work. We called the front desk. They said they could not help us because it was owned by an individual. We could not even connect our Netflix. We wanted to have a night away from the kids and hang out. No Netflix or any TV movies. The shower would squeak or squeal. Was very annoying. If those were all fixed, we would’ve given it a 10 out of 10. But we are very discouraged to go back.

"Perfect place to stay in Park City"

The Sundial Lodge is an amazing place to stay while in Park City. If you are a skier, it would be a perfect place to stay! We visited in mid October and the view was spectacular! But, with the snow I am sure it is just awesome! The unit we rented (494) was just amazing! It was actually two units inside one entry door and it would definitely give so much privacy to a couple traveling together. The main unit was more like a complete one bedroom condo, and the additional unit had all of the amenities, except a full kitchen. It was more like an efficiency unit, but had a full bathroom, and a mini-fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. If staying in Park City, UT, I would highly recommend the Sundial Lodge! Also…..take a trip to Main Street and visit the little shops! Stop at Atticus Cafe and have a cappuccino, coffee or hot chocolate and a pastry! AMAZING!

The location. The bed was comfortable. Good shower. Well set up kitchen.

It was a little odd, but the housekeeping showed up and knocked on the door to our room 30 minutes before check out time to see if we had left yet. That came across as rude to us.
