My daughter suffered a stroke 8 days before our arrival at Sundial Lodge and 10 days before her wedding. Jennifer knew what our families had been through on those 10 days and jumped into action to take care of all our anxieties to make her week special. From fresh flowers, silk robes and comfy slippers in the brides, MOB and MOG rooms, and with additional details (balloons, flower petals, candles, swan towels) in the married couple’s room, Jennifer stepped in with such grace and kindness. She was a gift, a true angel, in one of the most emotional and meaningful time of our lives that I didn’t even know I needed. She and the rest of the staff were very caring, genuinely kind, and wanted us to take away the best memories.

The room was great, especially the recliners and the fireplace. The pool and hot tubs were nice!

Having to pay $25 a night for parking. It was free the last time we stayed.
