Check in was pretty ridiculous. We had to pay $25 a night extra that was never mentioned to park in a dark dank underground parking garage that was plastered with disgusting thick white filthy black corroded insulation, must have been exhaust from vehicles among other nasty things living up there! It was just gross and expensive! It was frustrating that when we booked it happened to be with a third party so you had to get your key out of a lock box that they send a code to you in a text. It really makes checking in very impersonable and not inviting at all! They didn't provide housekeeping of any kind, you couldn't get extra supplies like towels or extra toiletries or toilet paper because the person down at the regular check in refused to give us anything. We also had to take care of our own garbage which just made things inconvenient because you couldn't find a place to discard it other than regular garbage cans in the lobby where it doesn't fit. The sofa bed on the room that was supposed to be considered a second bed for the room was absolutely hideous!!! Not only was it old and broken but it took an hour to figure out how to pull it out to set it up and while doing so it practically pulled the whole bed apart! Talk about lumpy, hard and super uncomfortable!! The floor would probably have been more comfortable. The decor in the room was outdated and looked pitiful! These are owned by individuals so you dont know what to expect. We had lota of things go wrong and everytime we would call the # listed places they would say of you need to call the HOA. Go talk to the front desk. But they dont have phones anywhere to call the front desk. It took me 3 different #'s and over an hour to get maintenance to come up and fix the co2 detectors that was beeping from the time we got there. Then they put in a "new" one and it started to beep after 2 days. I'm not sure I would go back.

We love to stay here! It's comfortable, clean and close to all the fun.

Property was very nice. The property management was not run well. There was a front desk, but no one in charge of “our room” or “our property” was there. Someone in charge of another property ran the desk and was not able to help us. Also, the description failed to state that there is a $25 fee per car per day to park in the garage. That was not a pleasant surprise. Communication for the property was the worst we’ve encountered. The property was clean and nice. Scenery was beautiful.

The property is very nice and well maintained. We were there for a few days in July 2025. They are building a gondola across the street so there is some construction noise. If you keep your windows closed you do not hear it . The bed was very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperature. The restaurants in the area are all good . We enjoyed The Edge and the ramen restaurant was excellent. All right next door . The gondola is right next door open in summer . The area hosts summer music concerts. It was dry here but during the day can get hot so check the weather. Its high desert always cools off at night. Lots of mountain biking here and hiking . The condo is well equipped for cooking and they have a washer and dryer . It’s so close to the gondola makes a ski vacation easy in the winter!

Beautiful place!!

King sized bed on the 5th floor was so comfortable and it was great to open the door and get fresh air inside. The pool and hot tub were nice. The kitchen was great to have, nice showers and elevators were not slow. Went during low season so parking was good but expensive.

Property was great! Friendly people. Very little options for restaurant. Summer season is pretty low key.
