Good place to enjoy the mountains in the summer by hiking or biking.

Liked that it had space for all of us to have room for downtime & space to play games together. An additional option for hot tub when the main one by the pool was a little crowded. Beautiful grounds to walk around & just take in the sites. Close to get to restaurants & the stores were a close drive.

How slow the elevator was.

No one at the desk if you get there after 4pm. No one for questions, etc. weird. Beautiful well kept condo. Basic and clean.

Called the service number never got an answer.

We had to wait a long time for someone to show up at the front desk to give us our keys! Then the room was dirty.

Got some sort of bug bite in the middle of the night so we left a day early with no refund.

We had a smoke alarm, that would not stop beeping. When we called the front desk to report it, we spoke to somebody in maintenance that said they did not have a large enough ladder to deal with it and offered to move us to a lower quality room… we ended up stacking chairs and putting somebody on someone else’s shoulders and figuring out ourselves… it was just a little disappointing to see how apathetic the hotel was about the situation.
