2-bed, 2-bath apartment living experience

The noise from upstairs and the traffic I couldn’t sleep

It would have been nice if there were some chairs and a small table on the balcony.

The location was great. it was close to downtown Chattanooga and the Lookout Mt. area. Near many restaurants and shopping areas.

The sliding glass door was not locked when we arrived and the door was heavy, old, and off the track. The door clearly didn’t close properly so it couldn’t be locked. The street noise could be heard the entire stay with loud vehicle la driving past at all hours. The shower heads are about 5 feet from the shower floor making it extremely difficult to shower and wash your hair simultaneously. There were not any shower/bath mats and the curtains were cloth making it difficult to keep water in the tub and the floors were extremely slippery. The fridge did not have a handle-it was broken and located in the drawer. There are not ceiling lights in the bedrooms and the switches did not turn on the lamps. The living room and dining area shared dim lighting making it difficult to light the rooms at night. The beds each had one thin blanket on them making it necessary to turn up the heat to stay warm at night. Day one we were awoken to the complex fire alarms being set off and the fire department arriving. Day two we were awoken to the pest control (we had a heads up they would be coming) they arrived at 9am and sprayed chemicals while we were inside the apartment. That evening we had roaches coming in under the front door. We left a day early as we were able to live with the shower/fridge/lights/outside noise, but roaches sealed the deal.

Location was great. Size of the place was perfect.

The shower for the bathroom in the hallway didn't have hot water. We also found some bugs on the oven while cooking a couple nights.

You will not find a better value for your buck. Exceptional customer service, great communication! Definitely book with them if you can!

I liked that it was fully ready for me to be there. It was clean and comfortable.

The apartment was great for what I needed. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities for living and eating there - one trip to the grocery store and there was no need to eat out. Everything was pretty great.

Lighting & no closet in master. The apartment was great except for two things = the master bedroom has no closet, and the light bulbs were too dim or just plain missing. I bought several light bulbs for my stay.
