Apartments 1 was lovely felt homely relaxing clean spacious great location enjoyed our self will be coming again to this apartment.

Easy access to Beach

The Flat was very clean and easy to navigate, it was well decorated and had the majority of the things we needed for a short stay. The location was close to the beach... However 5 mins is definitely an understatement. The hill was a challenge (but obviously cannot be helped) Also a 15 min(ish) walk or 4 min drive to a nice little high street. We had an amazing stay. Despite the couple of bits that didn't meet our expectations.

The sofa bed was comfortable to sleep on, however as a sofa it was not comfortable at all for two 70 year old grandparents, a pregnant lady and a toddler. (I would say this definitely impacted our stay as we didn't look forward to sitting down at the end of a busy day) Only one of the windows in the living room/kitchen opened (a small amount) So when cooking we could air out the smell, and due to the heat... We found it quite claustrophobic (especially when sleeping in there too) It is branded as "Funky Stylish apartment" which apart from an average bedspread. And a few bits of artwork on the walls I would say is a bit of an overstatement. The thing that brands it as Funky would have been the chair. But unfortunately it wasn't in the apartment at all. (Much to our disappointment as it looked quite comfy) This sounds like a silly thing to raise. But I feel like it's maybe a way of bumping the price a little but I don't feel like it was particularly funky or stylish at all. We still had a great stay despite these points. They just impacted our stay.

The flat was clean, well equipped, spacious and well designed. There were 2 separate living spaces, one for sleeping and one for everything else (kitchen, living room, study area). Plenty of plug sockets too. There are also bus stops right outside the house. One in the direction of Poole, the other in the direction of Westbourne / Bournemouth

The flat was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. It was also really easy to check in and check out. Great location close to the beach, though it is a bit of walk!

The Wifi was really slow and it made it very difficult to work from the flat. The shower wasn't sealed properly, so water got all over the floor when you showered. If I left the windows open, the smell of cigarette smoke wafted into the flat.

The location was great and near the sea. The accommodation was clean and spotless. It was a pleasure to stay in a quiet environment with all the facilities to make it enjoyable and pleasant. I would recommend it to anyone and there will be no regrets.

Good place

The apartment is very good, but they don't refund the deposit. They said the money was refunded yesterday, I didn't receive anything, I asked for a receipt, they said they didn't have access because the accountant wasn't working, after that they sent me a receipt of dubious origin saying the money was sent on Monday. Because you guys are lying, where is my refund?
