Lovely apartment, close to the beach, nice and very clean, well equipped. They kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure, we had everything we needed. Overall a great stay!

It should say on here, that apart from deposit, you are required to sign contract and prove identity by uploading some form of photographic ID. Communication with the owner wasn't great at times. I had to ask the same question 2-3 times before I had the answer, however once we got in, it was ok. I contacted them regarding bath towel or hair dryer and missing items were delivered very soon.

Good location

Poor service from booking agent n apartment. Dealing with Booking.com is hard. Felt that once stay is over they are not interested. Apartment few issues n had to bring to their attention. This should all be sorted before we arrived

Spacious enough for a family of 4 adults, well equipped, clean and tidy. The sofa bed was a decent size and comfortable. Plenty of space in the bedroom and good space to store luggage.

Being right by a bus stop is great, but be aware that when a double decker bus stops outside, anyone on it can see directly into the bedroom.

Easy check in facilities. Apartment layout suited our requirements. Location excellent. Nearby to Alum Chine Beach, Westbourne and Bournemouth city centre. Stop for popular Breezer bus right outside the property.

Loads of space, clean apartment, quick easy access to fantastic beaches, also right on the bus route if required

Feather pillows are uncomfortable - should have brought my own firmer one
