Bed was soft and comfortable, shower was nice.

Coffee machine didn't work

Good pool for the kids to play in. The room was very clean and equipped with the basics.

Behind the pool was a large pile of rubbish which seemed like it had been there for a while. (There is a lot of rubbish around Valladolid in general). We asked for an extra pillow on day one of our stay as we only had 3 pillows in the room but 4 people. It never arrived.

We really like the place with private terrasse and the shared patio with pool, very homely and cute. This place has a real potential to be the perfect holiday home with a tiny bit more maintenance and care. The kitchen had most utensils needed, drinkable water provided.

The outdoor spa wasnt clean and not fully functioning. Only one of the cookstove worked which means only one pot/pan at a time.

Outside was cooler than inside the room at night as aircon was not included and one of the 2 ceiling fans barely moved making them completely ineffective. Aircon would have cost an additional $100 for 8 hours on top of the room cost, which is frustrating as I've never had to pay an additional cost for aircon and the room wasn't the cheapest. Shower had no hot water. Also I've never seen a tip jar inside a hotel/Airbnb room before which I felt was a bit brazen.

The bed was large and comfortable. The facilities were clean. The hosts were readily available via WhatsApp to help with any issues we encountered and acted pretty quickly on them.

There was a gardener for the most part of our stay that worked in front of us for most hours of the day so we didn’t feel that we had much privacy. The water pressure was not great. The air conditioning we had to pay extra for which they do not include in the initial price so had to pay in cash on arrival.
